Efficient, reliable and for a broad range of uses

The DPH(S)I is designed as a genuine 'industrial' horizontal pump with 'best in class' hydraulic efficiency, a wide temperature range, high pressure and low NPSHr. When your application sets high requirements on the pump, but installation height is limited, the DPH(S)I offers the solution.

Working range

  • Head (H): 136 mwc (50Hz) and 195 mwc (60Hz)
  • Flow (Q): 22,5 m3/h (50Hz) 26,3 (60Hz)
  • Temperature medium: -20 - +140 ˚C
  • Ambient temperature: -20 - +40 ˚C
  • Pressure class: PN 25 bar

Designed for demanding conditions

With our modular assembly system we can assemble the pump parts into custom made pumps and test them, all within a few hours. Enabling us to manufacture tailor made solutions for every application, including applications with demanding conditions.

  • Available in AISI 316 and AISI 304
  • Temperature range -20 ˚C up to 140 ˚C
  • Optional low NPSHr package
  • Maximum head 195 mwc
  • Maximum flow 26,3 m3/h
  • 10 seal combinations in accordance with EN12756 (Fixed, Easy Access and Cartridge)
  • Drinking water approvals
  • Extensive options on motors and controls
  • 2 x 2 plugs for draining and sensors on each side of the casing, so they are always easily accessible
  • Discharge connection can be positioned on 3 sides of the pump ( left, right or on top of the pump)

Robust and reliable

The DPH(S)I pump is designed and manufactured in the Netherlands. In our modern, almost fully automated factory (16,000 m2) we process stainless steel into high-quality components for our pumps. These components guarantee a reliable operation of the pump in a wide range of applications.

  • Cast stainless steel pump foot - AISI 316 or AISI 304
  • Wetted parts (impeller, stage casing, shroud) in stainless steel - AISI 316 or AISI 304
  • High efficiency and durable design

All pump parts that are in contact with water are made of stainless steel. European drinking water labels also quarantee reliability and conservation of the drinking water quality.

Certification and test certificates are available upon request: among others LR, BV, ABS, DNV GL, 2.1 ; 2,2 ; 3.1 and 3.2.

Low-NPSHr to prevent cavitation

Cavitation is caused by too low suction pressure, in relation to the internal resistance of the liquid in the pump and the vapor pressure of a liquid (the higher the temperature, the higher the vapor pressure). In case of cavitation, pump problems occur because of imploding 'bubbles' generating an intense shock wave. Life expectancy of the pump decreases because of deteriorating of the metal and extra wear on moving parts due to imbalance and decreased cooling and lubricating properties of the cavitating liquid. Without cavitation you are assured of a quiet and long-lasting smooth operating pump.

DP has developed a specially designed low NPSHr impeller and bottom stage casing for the DPV & DPH(S)Ipump range with significant lower NPSHr value. Due to this special low NPHSr design, the pump can be used in a wider range of applications to ensure high reliability and smooth operation of the pump even in case of low suction pressure and/or high temperature and vapor pressure of the liquid.
