In some vertical pump applications forces on the piping and pump foot occur, for example due to thermal pipe expansion. DP-Pumps from the Netherlands introduced the DPVCF especially for these kind of applications. The recent introduction of two more models completed this pump range for heavy duty applications. The DPVCF pressure now varies from 30 to 245 meters with a maximum capacity of 58 m3/h.

Solid pump foot
The DPVCF is equipped with a solid, cast iron pump foot with additional strengthening ribs. The foot withstands extreme mechanical forces. Extra support of the piping to protect the foot is no longer necessary.

High temperatures
The pump is equipped with peroxide cured EPDM elastomers and sleeve O-rings, which makes the pump suitable for running at high pressures and high temperatures (up to 120 °C). The special sleeve construction makes the pump thermal shock proof (PN25).

Working range
The DPVCF 32 has a maximum capacity of 39 m3/h at a pressure of 240 m. The DPVCF 45 is equipped with larger impellers and reaches a maximum capacity of 58 m3/h at a pressure of 245m. Both pumps are available in a 50 and 60 Hz version.

Applications
The DPVCF is suitable for boiler feed and other high temperature applications up to 120 °C, industrial heavy-duty applications like process water transport and marine applications.
