PlastChem, the Netherlands

For the new factory of the company PlastChem (PVC compounds) in Hardenberg, the Netherlands, we supplied three booster systems: Two Utility Line booster units (HU3-1 UL VF125/2-2 SVP / HU4-1 UL VF 85/2-1 SVP) provide sufficient cooling water for the production processes. The cooling water installation pumps cooling water from a water reservoir (cold water) through the factory. The heated return water (from the factory) flows into a second water reservoir (warm water).

The second installation pumps the heated water through several heat exchangers, after which the cooled water returns to the cold water reservoir.

During the design of these installations, a future expansion of the factory with the increase in water demand has already been taken into account. The booster systems are both prepared for the addition of an extra pump.

A Premium Line booster system (HU2 PL V 6/4 VC) provides the office with sufficient drinking water and pressure.
